Burrowly ships small-pet essentials ordered through gototheshop.com. Shipping options, costs, and available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing and dispatch time

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed during holidays, high-volume periods, restocks, or supplier delays may take longer to dispatch.

Delivery countries and regions

We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. Availability may vary by product, destination, carrier, product size, and fulfillment location. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Many orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, but remote areas, customs checks, peak seasons, weather, carrier backlogs, or supplier delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout where available. Costs may depend on order value, shipping destination, product weight, product size, and carrier availability.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after the order has been dispatched. Tracking may take several days to update after the label is created.

Delays and split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled from different locations. If a parcel is delayed, please allow reasonable carrier processing time and contact us with your order number if tracking has not updated for several days.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Burrowly is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
